Company History Steve Sutton, director of EPC, has 15 years experience of working in the property business. Having spent 5 years in estate agency, he moved to the Swedish Embassy as property manager, where, for 6 years, he was in charge of a portfolio of properties including the Ambassador's Residence, The Swedish Embassy building and 35 diplomat homes, as well as relocating diplomatic personnel to and from the UK. The combined experience of agency work and property management provided a valuable foundation when establishing EPC in 1995. Since its inception, EPC has benefitted from close working relationships with reputable agencies and a committed, professional approach in seeking quality properties that fit the client's brief. As a result, EPC continues to successfully relocate an ever increasing number of clients.
